Preparo 2.0 creates personalized pre-consultation questionnaires (Google Forms) for geriatric patients. The app accesses Google Forms and Google Drive to create, manage, and read responses to these forms.
The app creates Google Forms on behalf of the user and reads responses submitted by patients. No data is shared with third parties.
Form responses are stored in Google's infrastructure (Google Forms) and in a private Databricks database. All patient data is pseudonymized using AES-256-GCM encryption.
This application is used exclusively by its developer for personal clinical workflow automation.
